Loved this but I’d use slightly less stock next time . I took a photo but it didn’t save on here and we’ve eaten it now 😀

This was our least favourite meal so far, meatballs were dry, I did run out of paprika and didn’t have any sundried tomatoes to add to it

This was absolutely delicious, I did use chicken mince though as its much cheaper than beef, but it was so flavourful! And my hubby and son had seconds!

I omitted the cherry tomatoes because my husband isn’t keen on them and I didn’t have any spinach at home. It was still delicious.
