Slowcooker Tuscan Meatballs

These Slow Cooker Tuscan Meatballs are the kind of meal that feels a little bit fancy but is actually super easy. Tender beef meatballs simmer away in a creamy, garlicky tomato sauce with sundried tomatoes and spinach, all thanks to the slow cooker doing the hard work for you. It’s perfect for busy days when you want something comforting and filling, with minimal effort and maximum flavour. Serve it over spaghetti and you’ve got a proper crowd pleaser.

Loved this but I’d use slightly less stock next time . I took a photo but it didn’t save on here and we’ve eaten it now 😀

This was our least favourite meal so far, meatballs were dry, I did run out of paprika and didn’t have any sundried tomatoes to add to it

This was absolutely delicious, I did use chicken mince though as its much cheaper than beef, but it was so flavourful! And my hubby and son had seconds!

I omitted the cherry tomatoes because my husband isn’t keen on them and I didn’t have any spinach at home. It was still delicious.
