Unfortunately had to do this longer than suggested. The veg were like rocks after half an hour! I might parboil the veg the next time before putting it in the oven.

Would have been great if I left the gravy off the chicken as the skin couldn't crisp up like this sadly. But that is on me. Otherwise loved the way the veg cooked. The broccoli stems were a good addition.
