One Pan Turkey and Spinach Orzo

This one pan dish is a lighter twist on comfort food, combining lean turkey mince with silky orzo and fresh spinach. Everything cooks in one pan, making it a quick, nourishing dinner that still feels satisfying.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the turkey mince to a pan and cook for around 5 minutes and then add in the onion and cook until the turkey has browned and the onion is soft.

500 g Turkey mince

1 Red onion

Step 2

Add in the garlic and seasonings and toast for 1 minute.

2 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Italian herbs

1 tsp Smoked paprika

Salt

Pepper

Step 3

Pour in the orzo and the stock and combine.

250 g Orzo

700 ml Chicken Stock

Step 4

Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Add the spinach and combine, sprinkle the cheese on top and then cover to allow to melt.

2 handfuls Baby spinach
