This was so good, super filling and ridiculously quick to make up which is perfect for low energy days, added some shallots and baby sweet peppers, also added some quinoa. Really good will definitely make it again. Thank you x

I just love how quick this dish is!! Being so late home, I would normally go down the takeaway rabbit hole but I am so glad I didn't!! Quick, easy, tasty, inexpensive and empty plates all round. I call that a win!🙌

This was full of flavour will definitely make again . We used chicken rather than prawns as I'm not a fan and added cashew nuts for some added crunch !

I used the leftover chicken from yesterday’s roast as we don’t like prawns . I also added a finely chopped small red onion and a little extra soy sauce. Another thumbs up from hubby
