Turn cooking mode on
For the Caramelized Onions:

Add the oil to a pan and add in the onions and simmer on a low heat for around 20 minutes, mixing frequently to ensure they don't catch, if they do start to then add a splash of water.

1 Red onion
For the burgers:
1.
Add the mince and seasoning and combine together then roll into equal balls.
500 g Mince beef
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika

Bring a pan to a medium heat and then add the mince ball to the pan and use some parchment paper and spatula to smash it down, cook the burger patties until cooked through and then add on a cheese slice to each, pop on the lid to allow the cheese to melt.

Plate up your burgers with the brioche buns and caramelized onions and that's it! Enjoy.

I used the recipe to make a meatzza for my athlete son who was upping protein, and of course it was Valentines day so it had to be heart shaped! he thought it was delicious! I made it for myself and hubby too and put goats cheese in it amazing!

Great, burgers wear tasty and not dry! everyone demolished it! Only bummer was i didnt have any gerkins in the cupboard for the buns lol
