Very easy to make, kids loved it. We might add more variety to the adult plates next time (potatoes etc).

Oh interesting! I’ve just re-added it into my fitness pal and got 333 calories per portion, based on 4 servings. How does it compare to the ingredients in yours?

I've just pulled my packet of rice out of the cupboard to check, and it does look like my rice is incorrect. I think I have used kcal for 300g of cooked rice rather than uncooked. I will update this now - it comes out to approx. 470 kcal per portion along with the other ingredients in the above screenshot xx

Do you have any meals for kids that really don't like any sauce . Everything has to be plain. Eat just white rice, plain pasta, chicken nuggets. Need more tea ideas and pack lunch ideas
