Easy Breakfast Potatoes

This Breakfast Potatoes dish is perfect for when you want something warm, filling, and comforting without a lot of effort. Crispy seasoned potatoes, smoky bacon, juicy tomatoes, and a runny egg come together for a simple breakfast (or brunch… or breakfast-for-dinner) that feels like a proper treat. Most of it cooks in the air fryer, so it’s quick, easy, and low on washing up, exactly how breakfast should be.

I’m not usually one to cook breakfast, but this was well worth it. Very easy to make and tastes great!
