The best hotpot I’ve made yet! Thank you 😊 the taste was amazing, I think the marmite is a genius addition!! You either love it or hate it ☺️

Aww amazing! I had never had hotpot before I made this one, and thankfully I tried it after it was suggested to me. They are gorgeous! I don't usually like Marmite but my husband suggested I add it to this and I'm glad we did xx

I was worried when this came out the oven as it looked burnt but it was lovely!! Might need to add a bit more potato on top next time 👍🏻

This is a staple favourite in our house. I just love how the potatoes soak up the flavour of the beef. A really delicious meal that's so easy to make.

Was a bit wary about adding marmite as none of us like it but we were all shocked that we couldn't taste it. All 4 kids demolished it too

Need to add less water for the stock next time as I added frozen peas and between those and the potatoes, there was a lot of liquid! Doesn’t matter tho, because this was delish! Even managed to get a portion leftover for another day!

My potatoes sunk into it a bit but it was really yum. I added some gravy granules to it to thicken the sauce. I didn’t have marmite as I don’t like it. I put some red wine in and it was delicious.
