This was delicious, so easy to make and a big hit with everyone. We changed the penne to spaghetti as we prefer it. I’ve been asked to make this again.

Delish. I broke my halloumi up and stirred it through at the end. Lovely and enjoyed by everyone (which is just as well as i made extra for lunches). A few chilli flakes could also be added if you fancied a wee but of heat.

Struggling to find something the kids will enjoy, this was a hit with myself and my eldest, she helped me make it and suggested making small changes for the next time! My youngest is just a fussy eater and enjoyed it along as I took the tomato out. 🙄
