Hreat recipe but felt like it was lacking a bit of spice. Great for intro for kids into curries but could do with a little spice for adults

As soon as I saw this one I knew I just had to give it a go! We arenāt vegetarians, but itās always great to have a veggie dinner sometimes to mix things up and this recipe did not disappoint! So tasty, especially with the coconut milk. Another 5/5 star recipe šš
