Being honest here, I really liked it but my husband and boys didn’t. I think the Caesar sauce is an acquired taste for some. I used normal yoghurt rather than Greek, so maybe that’s why? I also did mash instead of the lemon rice just to suit the kids more but the meatballs themselves were delish! Defo making the meatballs again, the sauce probably not.

Sounds like a lovely twist with the mash! 😊 Regular yoghurt does change the sauce a bit, but happy to hear you enjoyed the meatballs. Let me know if you adapt the sauce next time; would love to hear if you find a version that works better for your family! Happy cooking xx

I loved this, the rice was beautiful, I’ll add lemon to rice again in other dishes, the sauce was perfect as were the meatballs, I’ll definitely make this again. Easy to cook during the midweek when you don’t have as much time. Thank you for sharing. x
