Really good winter comfort food. Really tasty and enough for lunch tomorrow too. I had mine with beans and my son had it with a fried egg on top. A really tasty recipe. Will definitely cook again.

Thankfully it tasted a million times better than it looks! Took a bit longer to make than I thought it would but worth it. The kids all ate it too which surprised me as they’d never had corned beef before. Comfort food at its best.

Had to make this for the nostalgia 😅 enjoyed it but the kids didn't...4 against 1 so we won't be having it again but really enjoyed it for the first night

Mine sadly didn't crisp up in the pan. I had some mushrooms and peas that needed using so I added them and they work. It's a great recipe for myself as I have health and mobility issues that make standing for a long to cook very difficult. Really enjoyed it will cook it again.

The most delicious corned beef hash ever, my partner turned his nose up when I told him what I was making for dinner…he then ate his portion and another one!

This was what was left after I dished up! I really enjoyed it hubby and 8 year old son not so much - currently cooking a second tea in the air fryer! But mega easy to make and I thought it was tasty!
