Made this for dinner tonight, so easy and packed full of flavour! Swapped the Fusili for Rigatoni and topped it with some mozzarella and it was absolutely delicious 🧡

Don’t think I had enough pasta in so a bit watery but by the time we had finished tea the rest had been soaked up. Absolutely delicious! Will definitely be a regular now. We made enough for leftovers, will add more cheese on top And turn in to a bake.
