Pretty impressed. I used lamb mince with 15% fat. I think I need to use 5% fat mince for this recipe so the tray doesn’t end up as watery (with half of the flavours). Me, my husband and our 2 year old enjoyed this. Plus it was fun to make.

Lamb mince sounds great! For less moisture, 5% fat is a good change. So pleased your whole family enjoyed it, it's such a fun recipe! xx

Hello. I am on a mission to lose my final 3st. I’ve lost 8 so far so my question is, are the calorie calculations accurate for the meals and when working out calories do you use full fat or no fat varieties of yogurt and mayos etc. thank you so much.

Hi cara! Yes, if using low fat options I do reflect this in the calories worked out, all the calories are worked out with the products I use so they are more of a guide as people will use different things and different brands which all have their own calorie calculations. I always find using the app MyFitnessPal helped me keep track the best when I was counting my calories! Also, I just wanted to say, Thats so fantastic how far you've come! well done, you're smashing it!

Absolutely, you can swap the yoghurt for crème fraîche! Just use the same amount (60g) and mix it straight in with the mince and seasonings. It’ll add a bit of extra creaminess and richness, so yum. Let me know how you go with it! 🥙👌
