Made for a perfect school holidays lunchbox / snack! Popped in a silicone mould in the Airfryer and then an extra 5 minutes once sliced.

Was really easy to make. Took longer than 10 mins to cook, but happy with the consistency. Added mashed raspberries to have of it incase the boys don’t eat the whole raspberries. Would happily cook it again.
