I made this - Everyone loved it. Had some left over, whizzed it up for my toddler, he loved it next day as a soup!

If using fresh diced beef as apposed to frozen, what impact does that have on cooking time?

I personally wouldn’t change the cooking time, the longer the cook the more tender the meat!

Liked the idea but feel it would be better if the sauce was thicker

I found that so added gravy granules at the end which thickened it up nicely 👌

I cook beef stew about 4 times a year in a big yorkshire pudding. This one though was amazing. I never put the Worcestershire sauce in and THAT makes all the difference in this one. The Worcestershire sauce adds a really nice acidity sweetness to it. All my kids loved it and my 9 month old had seconds!! My partner and I loved it too!!! 🥰🥰 was absolutely gorgeous with mash and crusty bread. Will defo be doing this again.
