Step 1
Bring a pan to a medium heat and add in the Quorn mince and fry off until cooked through then add in the seasonings, garlic and brown sugar and combine. (I drizzled a little bit of olive oil over the top just to help it stick otherwise it can be quite dry but that's optional)

Just a heads up if you’re cooking for a veggie - most Worcestershire sauce isn’t vegetarian as it’s made from anchovies! You can get veggie alternatives though 😊

No doubt a money saver if you are vegetarian. Really tasty dish but for me I will add real mince next time. Just found out that I am not a fan of quorn mince. Overall really quick dish to make and really tasty

I was quite apprehensive about using the quorn mince as I’ve not had before but, it was quite nice! Think I will make with real mince next time but definitely a money saver with it being veggie! Also I would definitely make a double batch of the broth! Loved it ❤️

It’s supposed to be brown sugar, no idea why it hasn’t added that! Will correct now xx
