Paprika Chicken Curry

This recipe can be made with raw chicken too. For 4 servings, use 400g of raw chicken.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Bring a pan to a medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.

Step 2

Add the onion and garlic and fry until fragrant.

3 cloves Garlic

1 Brown onion

Step 3

Add in the chicken, seasonings and coat. (If using raw chicken, add it here too)

300 g Cooked chicken

1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Ground coriander

1 tsp Turmeric

Step 4

Pour in the tinned tomatoes, tomato puree and stock, mix and cover.

150 ml Chicken Stock

1 tbsp Tomato Puree

400 g Chopped tomatoes

Step 5

Simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Stir in the cream and that's it!

150 ml Single cream

Step 7

Serve with rice and enjoy.

One of our faves! Hubby decided he wanted an egg on it and it added extra richness. We also had loads of extra veg too! I have to say that since using these recipes we have so much more veg in our meals, yummy!
