Would definitely make again. Avoided the stodge factor by cooking the rice with stock, which also reduced the oven cooking time to 15-20 mins.

Really lovely! Will definitely make again.. though maybe not too often… a little stodgy so may need to tinker with amount of rice possibly..it made quite a lot for us with leftovers 😊 so could maybe add less rice and see if it’s juicer! But absolute win and super easy so great for school days ❤️ Sorry about the pic.. we all dived in before I remembered lol

Glad you enjoyed it! 😊 You can definitely reduce the rice a bit if you'd prefer it juicier - maybe try 200g next time. Perfect for busy school nights! ❤️ x

Not bad, although it tasted ok we found it a bit dry and stodgy so probably won’t be adding it to our repeat list

Thanks for the feedback! 😊 If it felt a bit dry, you might want to increase the stock next time - try an extra 100 ml and see if that helps. Do give it another go! x
