This is my new favourite pasta sauce. I'm planning to make a double batch next time. I make the roasted veg sauce minus the chicken and cream to freeze /sore in the fridge. Then finish off the with cream and chicken when serving up. (I also love to add a bit of chili to mine) The kids even love it so a win all round!

Love the sauce, tasted so nice and a refreshing change from a jar sauce! I really like the idea of using a whole chicken across two meals too!

Made with Quorn pieces instead of chicken. I liked it but thought a bit of chilli would make it better, my partner wasn’t as keen on the sauce and preferred the other pasta recipes
