I made this but with fusilli and beef mince as substitutes. Was lovely and the fact that it was a one pot dish meant less washing up!

Again absolutely amazing. I packed this meal out with blended mushrooms and broccoli. Then added peas and sweetcorn. We managed to get 8 portions from it 😍. 2 clean plates again. And meals for work dinner x2 each

Made this today and it was so yummy. Substituted mushrooms for half a yellow pepper as i had to use it any boyfriend doesnt like mushrooms. 2 clean plates so will be making it again. Forgot to take a photo though!!
