Not the best picture as everyone tucked in before I could get one but absolutely beautiful dish!!!! I think next time I might microwave mine in a glass pyrex for 15 minutes first as the potatoes seemed to take forever to cook (i also think our oven is on the way out so may just be that) but a lovely easy dish i reckon you could even prep in the morning and pop it in the oven if you had a day out!
