Not as well presented as yours lol but it was really tasty. I added a bit of cumin in there too. The only thing I’ll do different next time is to get some big chunky prawns as mine shrivelled.

Although this looked and smelt good we were disappointed with the flavour. I used chicken in place of prawns as we don’t do fish. Don’t think I’ll do this again

Thanks for giving it a go with chicken, even though it didn't quite hit the mark! Sometimes chicken needs a bit more seasoning to pack the same punch. Try marinating the chicken first or adding a touch more curry powder or salt to enhance the flavour ❤️ Hope you'll try it with a twist x

I think it was the salt it was lacking in so may try again but tbh there are so many we have loved so far we need spaces to repeat them 😀
