Hello, I’ve tried quite a few of your recipes, they are lovely. I’m just wondering with all your meals you use single cream in if there is a substitute that could work for all of them. We had the curry and although my family enjoyed this, I could taste the cream in it. I’m not a cream fan, so I guess my taste buds could taste it out. Is their something else that could work so I could adapt some of your recipes that use cream. X

Hi lovely, yes you could definitely use some alternatives for the cream. For example, we sometimes use Alpro soya cream which does have a different taste and all my family enjoy that (this is also a lactose free option). Or you can use creme fraiche, which for me has less of a creamy rich flavour. So you can substitute it for the same quantities. I hope this helps xx

Another great meal. Again I changed the single cream for reduced soft cheese. To reduce the calories and I added peas for veg. It was gorgeous
