This Cheesy Bolognese Gnocchi Bake is the ultimate midweek comfort, soft, pillowy gnocchi baked under a rich, hearty bolognese and a golden layer of melted cheese. It’s easy, filling, and the kind of dish everyone dives into without hesitation.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Bring a pan to a medium heat and add in the mince and cook through, drain any excess fat if needed.

500 g Pork & beef mince

Step 2

Add in the carrots and onion and cook until softened.

3 Carrots

1 Brown onion

Step 3

Add in the garlic, seasonings & tomato puree and cook for a further minute.

3 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Basil

1 tsp Garlic granules

1 tsp Onion granules

2 tbsp Tomato puree

Step 4

Add in the tinned tomatoes, stock & stock pot and combine, leave to simmer for 10 minutes to reduce the liquid.

400 g Chopped tomatoes

300 ml Beef stock

1 Red wine stock pot

Step 5

Add the gnocchi to a baking tray and then add the bolognese on top and combine.

500 g Gnocchi

Step 6

Sprinkle over the grated cheese and then bake in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes and thats it! Enjoy
