Just the hubby and me for this one, ran out of garlic so used garlic powder, slight explosion on powder exit, but other than that a lovely meal. And on the plus side no vampire will come within a mile of either of us for a while!

I substitute for chicken sausages as we don’t eat pork and the skin was incredibly different too peal off, I should have used chicken mince

Made this tonight, absolutely delicious. I also added some diced pepper and carrot to up the veg content and for a bit of extra flavour and grated cheese on top for my cheese loving toddler!

I made this for tea, a couple of tweaks tho to use what I had in, I sub'd cream for cream cheese, pork sausages for smokey BBQ sausages and added broccoli, my 13 daughter went mental for it and I've got enough left for tea tomorrow at work 👍👏🙌
