Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Add the oil to a pan and bring to a medium heat, add in the onion and garlic and then fry until fragrant.
1 tbsp Oil
1 Red onion
2 cloves Garlic
Step 2
Deskin the sausages and add to the pan with the onions and crush into a mince.

Step 3
Add the rigatoni to a pot of boiling salted water and cook to the packets instructions.
320 g Rigatoni
Step 4
Once the sausages have browned then pour in the plum tomatoes, stock and tomato puree, crush down the tomatoes and add the mixed herbs then combine, simmer for a few minutes.
400 g Plum tomatoes
200 ml Chicken stock
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 tsp Mixed herbs
Step 5
Mix in the cream and then once the pasta is cooked, drain and then add to the sauce and coat.
50 ml Single cream
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!

Flavours was very nice but I just couldn’t get away with texture of the sausages I have sensory same as my daughters they didn’t like the sausages either. Other then that it was really nice

Thought I would give this one a go cos sausages aren't particularly loved in our house. But removed from the skins I thought would be better. My eldest didn't eat it 😔 such a shame as everyone else did! Maybe make again when he isn't around!!
