This was another fab dinner. Ended up only 2 of us eating tonight so i kept some of the mix back to have over chips one day possibly. We both really enjoyed this and quick to make with no faff.

Not the best looking meal but I thought it was really tasty. Hubby not keen but he’s not a pasta lover and in a lot of pain today so nothing would suit him
