Pork Ragu

This Pork Ragu is one of those proper cosy dinners that feels like you’ve put loads of effort in, even though it’s actually really simple. The pork turns beautifully tender, the veggies melt down into the sauce, and everything just comes together in the loveliest, hearty way.

This is a firm fave, I added extra veg to it as well as on the side and instead of cream I used ricotta, omg delicious, husband made me make enough so he could have leftovers for lunch!
