Very tasty! Took longer to cook than I thought but just turned the oven up a bit and that helped!! Just rice we had at home which was basmati, not sure if it was the right rice to use as texture was a bit mushy! May try long grain next time see if that helps!! Very tasty though!!! Love love what you’re doing here!! Taken the stress out what to cook for the week!! Thank you so much! Xxx
