Step 1
Add a drizzle of oil (I used the oil in the jar of sun dried tomatoes) to a pan and bring to a medium heat.

Had to make it minus the spinach as I forgot to buy it 🤦🏼♀️ Was delicious! Everybody enjoyed it.

Changed the recipe slightly as I’d forgotten the sun dried tomatoes, but it was lovely with a bit of cream mixed in ☺️

Really lovely dish. Found it needed more stock and watching closely but was worth it!

I made the slow cooker version I saw on Instagram. I found it nice but slightly lacking in flavour so next time would add some extra things in. Kids loved it though, and I even managed to knock up some homemade bread and butter!

Incredible!! Can't wait to have this again! Only thing I found is that I needed about an extra 400ml of stock

My first time cooking (and eating!) Orzo! I followed the recipe but found I needed to add much more water and keep stirring as it would stick to bottom of the pan before being fully cooked. So so yummy though! Most deffo one to add to my faves! Xx
