Yum yum and yum! These were a hit all round! Definitely making these again. Anything with chorizo goes down well in our house. I just need to master the flipping of the taco without the contents falling out!

Just a quick note to let you know that step 4 on the method says ‘add the pasta’ instead of ‘passata’ 🤣 still an absolutely beautiful dish and I’m certain the filling would pair with pasta great too! Haha x

Thank you for pointing that out! I knew it would catch me out one of these days 😆. My spellchecker is forever not recognising Passata and replacing it with Pasta! Would certainly be interesting with Pasta though! hahaha. Super glad you enjoyed it xx

These are so so tasty, I used a protein flat bread, as I needed it after 58 miles of cycling 😂 Once again kids loved it , thumbs up from all of them. Thank you.

Another hit - although I had some slices of pizza pepperoni that needed using so I chopped that up in place of the chorizo and it worked really well . Will definitely make it again
