Kids really enjoyed it, served with rice as having a bad pain day but they said it was delicious

We love this sauce and usually follow your chicken recipe but we had no chicken so used meatballs instead and added red peppers and onions, it was lovely, I think you could the this sauce with most things though.

Used leftover roast chicken instead and doubled the Cajun spices as we like it a bit more spicy but this went down really well with all of them.

Used left over roast chicken instead of chicken Ken cubes. This was amazing!

Hey Becky, the 2 recipes, although named the same have slightly different ingredients as it was part of a budget friendly recipe week where I used several ingredients across the weeks recipes. For example this recipe is made with crème fraiche but the other is made using cream cheese as a base for the sauce xx

I threw in some sliced mushrooms and a handful of spinach I had left from another recipe- maybe could have done with a bit more Cajun seasoning for our taste but still very tasty

Love those additions! Mushrooms and spinach sound perfect in this. And yes, definitely add a little extra Cajun next time if you like more of a kick!
