Cooked this one up again this week. Had my mum staying so I knew I’d have to impress her with some MWC recipes 😉 Safe to say she absolutely loved the cheesy sausage and mash pie, she even took some leftover home with her. Haha x

This was great! Tastes like a Japanese brown stew. So warming and cozy. Though I haven't mastered the mash layering just yet so I'd rather not show it 😅

Delicious! Paired this with sweetcorn and it’s a recipe I’ll definitely use again for the winter. Huge portions, I’ve plenty leftovers.

Winner of a dish!! Both hubby and son approved, hubby even had seconds. So easy to make. I actually pre-made it this afternoon then chucked it in the oven this evening. Carrots separate for the fuss pots. But 10/10 from the 3 of us!
