Pigs in blankets should never just be for Christmas! Nice alternative for sausages. Personal preference - I would prefer some cheese with a bit more flavour

Cheese with a punch sounds like a fab idea! Maybe a mature cheddar or stilton could be a tasty twist 😊 Gotta love pigs in blankets any time of year. Enjoy xx

Tried this tonight and was absolutely lovely! I did put the sausages in a tiny bit longer just incase but otherwise was delicious! I forgot to get baked potatoes for the chips so did cheesy mash and still was yummy!

Very tasty and was a hit with hubby. We had some chipolatas in the freezer so we had them instead of regular sausages but that wasn’t a problem. The chips were good as well although they didn’t go particularly crispy. This will go on the repeat list
