Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200C and add some parchment paper to a baking tray.
Step 2
Add the chicken mince, eggs, parmesan, garlic granules, oregano, salt & pepper to a bowl and combine completely.
500 g Chicken mince
2 Eggs
40 g Parmesan
1 tsp Garlic granules
1 tsp Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Step 3
Add the chicken to the parchment paper and smooth out to an even thickness, roughly around 1cm thick.
Step 4
Pop in the oven for 25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Mix together the passata, tomato puree and seasonings and then add this to the chicken base and smooth out.
100 ml Passata
2 tbsp Tomato puree
1/2 tsp Garlic granules
1/2 tsp Oregano
Step 7
Sprinkle on the grated mozzarella and then add on the pizza pepperoni.
100 g Grated mozzarella
8 Pizza pepperoni
Step 8
Pop back in the oven for around 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and that's it!
