Pork Chops & Onion Gravy

These pork chops with onion gravy are proper comfort food and perfect for when you’re craving something cosy and filling. The pork stays tender while the rich, savoury onion gravy pulls everything together beautifully. Served over buttery mash, it’s a classic, no nonsense dinner that always hits the spot.

Thank you! Pork chops can be difficult to cook right, but cooking them low and slow is always a winner! xx

I don't normally cook chops as I find them quite tough, but everyone else loved it. Definitely will cook again though.

Hi Denise, the calories are calculated for the pork chops and gravy! Pork chops are quite high in calories, if you’re worried about that then you can cut the fat off or get pork medallions, that will lower the calorie count! x
