If you’re craving a quick fakeaway style dinner, these sticky maple soy chicken noodles are a must. Tender chicken, colourful stir-fry veg and egg noodles are tossed in a sweet and savoury maple soy sauce that turns beautifully glossy in the pan. I do love a stirfry, I do think for my personal taste the sauce could have been stronger, I did double ingredients, it was still a nice eat!
