Oh no I forgot to upload it when I made it but here are my left overs of the delicious curry. My five year old had ‘thirds’!!!

Lovely recipe and easily adapted for family tastes. I added less cream and changed mushrooms for peppers. Bulk made to freeze for work lunches. So easy in the slow cooker!

Another absolutely delicious recipe that we all thoroughly enjoyed! Chuck everything in the slow cooker and forget about it and all you have to do is add the rice. Chicken was so soft, I don’t think I’ll ever cook a curry in a pan again after doing it this way 🧡 🍛
