We absolutely loved these, the sauce was incredible, I’d never made tacos this way until I did your others last week and now the kids want them everyday, we had them with your veggie rice, which was also lovely, thank you for sharing the recipe x

Make sure the mince reaches 76°C for safety! Cook a little longer until each side is browned and the cheese is bubbly. Always happy to help 🙂 x

Very tasty but I used chicken goujons and fried them in the spices etc rather than do the mince. Also used taco shells which were a bit more expensive but so much easier to keep tidy.
