Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Bring a pan to a medium heat and then add in the mince and cook until browned.

300 g Mince beef

Step 2

Add in the onion, carrot and courgette and cook until softened.

1 Brown onion

2 Carrots

2 Courgettes

Step 3

Sprinkle in the garlic, seasonings and tomato puree, combine and allow to cook for a further minute.

4 cloves Garlic

1 tsp Dried basil

1 tsp Dried oregano

1 tbsp Tomato puree

Step 4

Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, tinned tomatoes, stock and red wine stock pot and mix, simmer for 5-10 minutes.

1 tin Chopped tomatoes

200 ml Beef stock

1 Red wine stock pot

Step 5

Layer your lasagne in a baking dish, mince, lasagne sheet, white sauce, parmesan and then repeat this process 3 times but at the last layer sprinkle over the grated cheddar on top.

1 jar White lasagne sauce

60 g Grana Padano

80 g Grated cheddar

Step 6

Bake in the oven at 190C for 40 minutes or until the pasta sheets are completely cooked through.
